In these terms: "We" Or "Us Or "Our" refers to "Benefit Beyond".
In these terms: "you" Or "your" means "Benefit Beyond card holder".
The card means "Benefit Beyond cards".
Benefit Beyond cards Terms & Conditions will apply between you and us in relation to Benefit Beyond Program.
The term: "retail, retailer, redemption partner or merchant" refers to a store that accepts Benefit Beyond cards/ Voucher as a method of payment.
"POS" means point of sale terminal at a retail merchant/redemption partner that is participating in Benefit Beyond program to accept and honor payments via Benefit Beyond cards.
Is an electronic gift/prepaid/loyalty card. It is not a cash card.
Cannot be used to obtain cash via an ATM or through other channel.
Cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Is not acredit card or charge card.
We are not liable for any goods and/or services purchased from any retailer using Benefit Beyond cards. All goods and/or services are covered under the retailers' return of goods policy or warranties.
For all returns and refunds pertaining to purchases made through Benefit Beyond cards,every respective retailer's policy will apply.
We cannot guarantee that all of the retail merchants who have agreed to accept Benefit Beyond cards will continue to accept Benefit Beyond cards;however, we will do our best to ensure there is a good network and variety of retail merchants for Benefit Beyond cards holders to spend at.
Cashback,return and refund is not allowed once the Benefit Beyond card is used against any desired E-Voucher, there cannot be any refund,return or any cashback.
Cardholder is required to use the complete value loaded on Benefit Beyond card before the expiry date. No extension of expiry date will be granted.
After the card's validity date or once the card has expired, any remaining balance on Benefit Beyond card cannot be claimed and will have to be forfeited by the cardholder.
By using Benefit Beyond cards, you authorize and permit Benefit Beyond to disclose and provide information about you including the Benefit Beyond & to our authorized representatives, assignees, agents or other connected parties including issuer's third party advisers and marketing partners.
By using Benefit Beyond cards you or the recipient accept that your information may be used to send you special offers, discounts and notifications related to the Benefit Beyond program for the purpose of cross selling and marketing of goods and service to you.
